Travellers Choice has maintained its remarkable record of achieving a perfect score in its annual Member Survey, with 100% of the award-winning group’s agents ‘satisfied’ or ‘more than satisfied’ with their membership.

Members taking part in the 2025 survey were overwhelmingly positive when it came to evaluating the selection and quality of Travellers Choice services, lavishing particular praise on the company’s communication strategy, range of preferred suppliers, marketing support and annual conference.
Managing Director Christian Hunter says the 100% result shows that the group is succeeding in its efforts to deliver “the services members need, when they need them.
“The unrivalled connection we have with our members ensures we understand the most pressing challenges they face,” says Hunter, “and as an organisation we have the skills and flexibility required to continually find ways to help them overcome those challenges.
“The Survey results are a testament to not just the quality of our support services but the way our team delivers them to members.”
One of the highlights of this year’s Members Survey was the Travellers Choice Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90%.
NPS is a well-established measure of customer and brand loyalty, and companies achieving scores of 80 and above are exceptionally rare.
“When it comes to customer loyalty, our NPS score once again places Travellers Choice among an elite group of Australia’s most trusted and respected companies," says Hunter.
As in previous years, the 2025 Member Survey highlighted pain points for Travellers Choice members and, unsurprisingly, ongoing difficulty finding staff ranked as the foremost problem for agency owners.
“There is no silver bullet to the recruitment challenge because so many experienced people left during the pandemic that, as an industry, we are now effectively rebuilding from the ground up.
“But we are helping members address the issue in a number of ways and one of them is through ProStart – a ground-breaking online training program that helps fast-track consultants who are new to the travel industry.
“Now available to our members free of charge, the program cuts the time required for new recruits to become assets to a member’s business, while alleviating critical time and cost pressures on agency managers.
“It’s a program that our members have embraced and that will deliver long-term benefits to our entire group.”
